Help me !! Shutdown fuction of LT1305

I made LT1305 for 5V from 3V battery.

Basic operation is good but I want to use shutdown fuction

So I apply 5V output to shutdown pin ( No3 of LT1305)

But the output is not zero voltage, keep 2.5V.

How can I shutdown the LT1305?

Help me...
