Minimum Inductor Value caluculation

Hi there,

I have found a caluculating fomular for the minimum inductor value from ADP2386 datasheet,

but I'm not sure where this fomula come from.

Could you tell me how to lead to this fomula?

Or if somebady material about it, it would be appreciated.

And I also wondered if this caluculating fomula can be applied to any switching regulators  as long as a peak current mode.
