My application is to use a Li-Ion battery as a backup to the main power. This means that 99% of its life will be at full charge. When the main power is removed I need the battery to take over. I need a charger for the battery that can accommodate this application. It is for a single cell Li-Ion. I need it to protect against Over Voltage, Under Voltage, and battery shorted as the battery doesn't have the protection ckt built in. Can you give me a list of devices that would fit my requirements. Temp range is 0-60 but I prefer -40 to 85C.
