I am using ADP2504 5.0 for a USB application. the output load current is 105mA
I builded 30 units, 28 units shows input current around 127 up to 140 mA, 80-70% efficiency, 2 units shows input current 175 and 185 mA which is 57 and 54% efficiency.
After replacing the ADP2504 in one of the bad units, the input current drop to 130mA.
Please advise, what could be the reason for such deviation in efficiency? The units tested with 5.0V supplied from external power supply.
