According to this user's guide  page 4 ,

The driver is provided at www.analog.com/usb-sdp-cablez but this URL re-direct to

http://www.analog.com/en/products/interface-isolation/isolation/standard-digital-isolators/eval-adum540x.html

and there are no such a software.

Please let  me know a correct URL.
