ADP5065

I would like to use the ADP5065 stand-alone i.e NO Microcontroller interface. The

IIN_EXT = High for 500mA Vin limit

My question
If USB is present and the battery is NOT present, what voltage will be
presented to the external system and how much current can be delivered, i.e. is
there a limit?

          
If the USB is NOT present and the battery is present, what voltage will be
present to the external system and is there a limit to the current that can be
drawn.

my system has to cope with 3.3V +/-10%, will it require an external 3.3V LDO
