By looking Functional Block Diagram of ADM8660, for example, on the product web site, charge pump capacitor C1, and output capacitor C2 are assumed polarized (aluminum electrolytic ?) capacitors. Here, are they OK to use non-polarized large volumetric celamic type with 10uF capacitance ?
We can see some descriptions on datasheet, in regard to capacitor values, ESR and resulting output registance, but if you add some comments about type of making capacitor and thier pros and cons when using at ADM8660, it would be very much appreciated.
