Only 1st time power on trouble of ADP5052

Dear Sir/Madam,

Our customer have met the following trouble all ADP5052s on ES process now.

After PCB assemble by factory, and power on .

So output voltage is too low voltage.

Ch1 in yellow is supply voltage 12V.

Ch2 /3 in green / blue shows the output voltage.

But after wait for a few minutes, and power on again , so the correct output have comin.

3 times and 4 times also same result.

I put the fail and OK scope pictures here, also enclose the schematic.

Schematic seems good.

Please advice us why this trouble have comin?
