Minimum drive current for ADM7172 ?

Hi All,

I have a number of ADM7172's being cascaded one after another. I am using them to step down from 6V to 1.8V.

Before you ask, in my application I cannot use switch mode power supplies.

What I am worried about is whether the ADM7172 has a minimum drive current. i.e. if the load device does not draw enough current (i.e. below 10 mA), can the ADM7172 not switch on?

I was thinking of adding a resistor to ground on the output of each ADM7172 to ensure that at least some current is drawn under all circumstances. Does this sound sensible or totally mad ?
