ADP5054 CH1/CH2 Parallel Output Schematic

I follow up ADP5054 datasheet Rev. PrD Page 14 "parallel operation" process to design ADP5054 schematic. I need CH1/CH2 parallel output Total 12A,Can you help me check this schematic is correct?

Another can you provide new version ADP5054 Datasheet to me thanks~
